Are We On The Brink Of Another COVID-19 Wave?
Some people are sounding the alarm again.
It appears that we may be facing another wave of COVID-19 infections as the world cautiously moves forward.
Alarm bells are ringing, prompting us to ask: What does this mean for our return to school? Is it another crisis like the one we experienced recently? It is not something we want to see.
Parents, students, and educators yearn for normalcy. It is obvious what we should do. We must continue to take preventative measures.
As in previous years, health experts who have guided us through this unforgettable journey believe that returning to school without proper preparation will likely increase viral spread. It’s a pattern we’re all too familiar with.
Some believe the virus could spread faster if kids returned to school and traded germs. However, others disagree.
Regardless, the message is clear:
Children should get booster shots before returning to school. Also, parents should keep their children at home if they have flu-like symptoms.
